1 - [AWA Boston/Ohio] World Heavyweight Championship
Gorgeous George def. Don Eagle 'the Iroquois Indian' (c)
After the match a riot broke out a man was arrested for bunching George in the face. The riot had started when Eagle was announced the loser and he took a swing at the referee.
(There's a lot of speculation that Eagle actually was not double crossed and it was all a work, which could be likely as three months after the "Double Cross" Eagle defeated George to regain his title.. But, then again... The rematch took place in Columbus, Ohio and its said the heat was with the Illinois promoter and the other promoters, not between George and Eagle... So, may-be it was all Kohler's doing.)
